Full Day Rentals (up to 11 hours including set up)

Weddings up to 50 guests only;
No Amplified Speakers in garden;  DJs must plug into existing sound system. 

Monday to Thursday        $4,000

Friday        $5,000

Saturday        $5,500

Sunday        $5,000


Half Day Rentals (up to 5 hours)

(Good for Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversary Dinners, 

Special Birthdays, Corporate Events, etc)- up to 50 guests


Monday to Thursday        $2,500

Friday to Sunday         $3,500

 

Overnight Stay Rental- accommodates up to 6 Overnight Guests

(Good for Wedding guests, bridal party sleepover, family, getting ready, etc)


Friday – Sunday    $1,000 nightly fee

Monday- Thursday    $800


Other Expenses

•    Additional Guests over 75 – Add $1,000

•    On Site Venue Manager Fee $30/hr ; 2 required over 50 guests     

•    Flat Cleaning Fee (incl. house + garden) $350.00

•    Taxes 7.0% sales tax and 6.0% Miami Dade tourist tax.

•    Parking Attendant Required over 20 cars $300

•    Valet Parking (quoted based on # of cars)- mandatory for over 50 guests - $375

•    On Site “Labor” $30/hr – optional
